Consumers mobile has a network problem. Which is being described as physical damage by service centre dhampur. There is no physical damage according to the consumer. According to consumer manufacturing defect is in the phone. Phone is in under warranty. When consumer called lava care on 13/09/2017, he told that his problem will be resolved soon. Consumers have taken help from the national consumer forum helpline number on same date. Consumer forum helpline advised to the consume follow the protocol with the reference no 427669/427670. The consumer again calls the national helpline and tells the problem not to be resolved till date 27/09 2017, then it is advised by the national helpline that give your problem to written in lava international's zonal office send by registered post and wait 10 working day's, but till date 15/10/2017 problem is unresolved.
