I bought a new lava x8 new phone on 14 march 2016. In 20 days i found a problem in handset that in sim slot 1 no sim card detected. Then i go to lava service center for repairing. Staffs will says me to wait few minutes and in 10-15 minutes they come and says mobile can't be repaired. And says that if you want to repair pay money then i say why i pay money because my phone is in warranty. He says if you don't pay money it can't be repair. I talk with him nearly 10 minutes but these staffs says no way i can't repair without paying money. And they update in system that mobile was out of warrenty and can't be repair in any service center. And says go and do wwhat you can. Then i call to lava mobile helpline and says my problem then he sys send a email at lava care and then think what can be do.
