[Resolved] Lava Mobiles — service center cannot get my mobile parts for 2 months

I have a lava iris 405. I gave my phone to the lava service center in July 2014 for some PDA problem issue then they repair it within 40 days. After that I found the PDA and the LCD attached together. When I am touching its like I touch on LCD and they can be broken anytime so I go to the service center again and then said ok sir we will fix it. And the 1st time they give me white PDA for my black mobile and I didn't mind it and after July I gave my phone in 28.8.2014 and then still they says that they don't have parts for my mobile so I decided that I want to back my mobile then I visit service center and I see that my mobiles power button was not attached and they said that it was previously broken after that they said for 4 days and today is the 7th day.
