Lava Mobiles — Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped working

I bought a lava A97 which gave above mentioned problem after a week only. The service centre provided DOA and I got a new set which also giving same problem within 36 hrs. Also the back button gets auto used and the work is stopped which I was doing. One thing is that this problem is always encountered when phone is switched on when once it is off.
Please help me out at your earliest.

Battery was expanding ( swollen ) very bad ...we are following rules regulations of charging even it was happens three times we are using 3rd battery, ..we have no patience why we will buy again I need to replace it free of cost and give reply
