Lava Mobiles — unnecessary charge

Dear sir I approach lava service center, sealdah to repair my lava iris fuel mobile. My mobile was out of guarantee period. I was demanded rs 100 charge to tell me how much repair cost. Repair cost was high so i did not agree to it. But i have to paid rs 100. Later l know other mobile service center does not charge to tell how much repair cost. So kindly look into matter. New phone purchased on July 2017 model lava i7 and the handset is automatically switching off even call receives it dails raised a complaint in service centre team member usha and others are not responding properly and as on date no information provided also speaking irresponsiblly
