I had ordered a bag last month, as I didn’t like the bag I did put for return, the return request was approved & picked up. Even after 7 days I dint see refund I tried calling support no. Of Lavie they calls weren’t attended later I mailed, that’s when they informed me that the return product they received is a clothing material. I did put a mail stating that this is a handling case issue as I have given bag & the delivery guy checked & updated he has picked up product. I haven’t received any conversation apart from this . Within 72 hrs they were supposed to help me till time no response. Really bad service
