I have purchased a lavie bag during the shopping of my marriage on month of February 2016.after that when i open to use i saw its handel skin peeling off. I am very upset to see this.its very costly above rs 3000 .and now i am feeling i am cheeted by lavie.my suggesion to orher customer plzz my request dont purchase lavie bag.
I have purchased a nice looking ladies lavie bag for Rs.1800/- from a large CSD in Viman Nagar AF campus PUNE.After ten months with two to three use the skin of handles and one side found peeled off.When contacted the dealer's agent she told warranty is only for six months.The dealer is not picking up phone.
My advice plz don't purchase such costly low and poor quality bags of Lavie brand.

Even i have purchased a lavie bag worth 4000 and it has started to wear off .. its been jus lesser than 3 months since i bought it .. din expect such a bad quality for this price :(
I have bought an Lavie Hand Bag from Lifestyle, spending Rs 3000 and the quality of the product is so poor, from many places skin is peeling out. I'm highly disappointed with the product and was not expecting such a poor quality products from a brand like Lavie. Will not suggest to anyone, as its been a very bad experience.They should be penalized for such a poor quality products selling at a higher price to, it a sot of cheating or fooling the consumer.

I am not asking for replacement or anything. Atleast Lavie can repair.

Same issue as told by various customers above.they skin is pealing off.the bag is bought from CSD canteen
I bought a lavie bag from CSD canteen chennai in diwali 2018 after first use its skin was coming out but i din't notice it i was thinking because of my nails it happens but when i used it second time then i sow that it's skin is peeling out nicely. When i make complen in lavie customer care they din't do any thing they just say sorry for inconvenience.
So i will say never by lavie products because they are just cheating us. And not doing any thing when when we are complaining for this

I bought a lavie tote from online shopping site. Since its a tote bag I stuffed the bag with the things I carry in my bagpack to office. But after 1 hrs o[censored]se one of its handle came off then with in 5 minutes the other one too... I had to carry the bag all the way to office and home as well. Very very disappointed with u lavie.

Fristly, why do you think Lavie is such a good brand? Most of the brands who sell leather bags below 10, 000 INR is a cheap brand. If they sell bag for 3, 000 INR means they made the bag for 200 INR. I highest quality mens leather wallet is made for 300 INR so you can understand that 3, 000 INR is really cheap.
Don't be under assumption that 3, 000 bag is expensive but to be honest it's very cheap and that's why they use cheaper materials.
If you want quality and don't want such things to happen then purchase mid range bags around 10, 000 INR plus.
These days even PU bags cost more then 1000 INR which will last couple of months.
Remember, if you want quality then it comes with a price. Either buy expensive and not cry or buy very cheap and forget about it.
