May month lazy pay due was not auto debited by lazy pay side, i am not noticed customer care executive call me on 14th may asking to pay amt with penalties, i said that i have sufficient balance in my bank account why its not auto debited, he said that i reduce penalty and he sending me link for pay 2884, i paid on same date

The above payment was not updated in app i asked why not updated he said that no worries sir its updated, but 16th may another executive call me and using abused words to pay, i informed already paid but he not accepted and he asked to pay again with penalty, so i paid again with penalties 16th may

After paid updated in app, collection agents tell 1 amount will refunded in bank account but as still now i am not get any payment,
Now 1 june this month I carefully paid before due date

But now in app showing to pay penalty rs.590 i don’t know why, there is no customer care support how should I resolve my query
Plz resolve me last month paid 2 amt status and why I should pay this month penalty
Note :as now i am not get single rupee from lazypay
This is worst service and looting customer money, plz resolve me🙏🏻
