LazyPay — Charged 157.50 extra for food payment gateway failure

Hi i am mamta . I was charged rs.157.50 twice on Jan 5th 2023 and one of these payments resulted in a payment gateway failure. When I asked lazypay to refund that amount .. it's almost 1 month and they have not done anything. I have escalated issue to thr RBI ombudsman. Hopefully they will put lazypay in it'd place and stop such fraud.
