LazyPay — Debiting amount for not used amount

On[protected] i have tried to purchase medicine in medlife using lazypay APP, But after looking at the delivery period i have just canceled the purchase, but from yesterday i am getting contniuos messages from lazy pay team about deducting the same amount 988/- from my card/Account.Kindly gothrough this do reply with clarity.

From medlife i got cancellation message also.I didnot receive any medicine from medlife.Kindly please do the needful.
