LazyPay — Emi paid but still lazypay app showing not paid

The lazypay app is having so many bugs, the option to pay emi is not working and when I tried reaching customer care, no proper resolution provided. My due was on 5th May 2022, somehow at the final attempt, it worked through UPI and I have paid my due on date but still the app is showing that I have not paid my emi with added penalty as well. I have sent multiple mails with transaction successful screenshot but no response from customer care. This looks like a kind of looting money from people. Please help.

15054318 this is the case number that I have but this case number is for the issue that I faced with pay option of your lazypay app. I have sent multiple mails to [email protected] and [email protected] regarding that I paid my emi along with statement and transaction successful image but no response to my any of the mails. I have sent mail from [email protected]
Also I confirmed with my source hdfc bank that transaction was successful and debited from my account. So no refund is initiated for the success full transaction. Now its from your end that you need to check from your axis bank backend. My next emi is nearing and I can pay my next emi only if you could sort this issue and clear the wrong amount that is been showing in the app. Please help at the priority.

Hi, We have received an update from tech team stating that we have processed the refund to bank account . Requesting you to please check your bank account and pay your EMI.

Can I know why it is refunded from lazypay if the transaction was successful for the emi that I paid. Instead of refunding, you would have settled the amount received against my may month due. Now if I need to pay the emi again, do I need to pay only the due amount for last month or also the penalty? I have struggled a lot in paying the emi last month due to the technical issue with the pay button of lazypay app. After multiple tries, I have paid finally on due date but still these issues which was not at my responsibility forcing me to pay the due again with emi + penalty would be unfair. Please I request you to help on this and share me the link to pay only the emi again. Thanks
