Also I confirmed with my source hdfc bank that transaction was successful and debited from my account. So no refund is initiated for the success full transaction. Now its from your end that you need to check from your axis bank backend. My next emi is nearing and I can pay my next emi only if you could sort this issue and clear the wrong amount that is been showing in the app. Please help at the priority.
