For the past one week, whenever I open the LazyPay app and go to the “Repay” section, it continuously shows a “network error / something went wrong” message. My internet connection is stable and working fine. I have already tried all basic troubleshooting steps including clearing app cache, reinstalling the app, switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and even attempting payment through your official website.
Unfortunately, your website is also not allowing me to log in, making it completely impossible for me to repay my outstanding amount through any official channel.
My due date is approaching (1st February), and I am extremely concerned that I may be charged late fees or interest even though the failure to pay is entirely due to technical issues on LazyPay’s side and not due to any negligence or delay from my end.
Please note:
• I am willing and financially ready to repay the full outstanding amount immediately
• I have attempted multiple times before the due date
• The app and website errors are blocking the payment process
I request you to:
1. Urgently resolve the technical issue or provide an alternate payment method
2. Ensure that no late fees, penalties, or interest are levied on my account
3. Confirm in writing that my account will not be negatively impacted due to this issue
I have attached screenshots of the error messages as proof of my repeated attempts.
Kindly treat this as an urgent complaint and respond at the earliest.
