I had purchased a le 1s on 09.02.2016 imei [protected] and only after 5 months the phone has suddenly stopped functioning completely. Even after repeated calls to customer care the call was not picked up. I had taken the phone to the service centre adity telecom & neelkanth anand, c-1, ground floor opposite boi, mg road ghatkopr west mumbai (E-mail:[protected]@caresupportindia.com m no. [protected]) and after getting the phone checked it was conveyed that the phone would need to be sent to the "company" in bangalore. A repair order jobsheet no.[protected] dated 12.07.16 had been given and the period for getting the phone fixed was told to be at least 30 days. This is utterly unbecoming and unexpected of a brand associated with good services and products. What am i suppose to do for 30 days without my phone??? It was advised that the phone be fixed immediately or a replacement phone be arranged for the period required for fixing the phone or the warranty period be extended but to no avail. Further tried every communication possible be it twitter, e-mail, phone calls but to no avail. I have sent several messages on twitter to @leecoindia enquiring about the status of my phone (Le 1s imei no. [protected]) only to get a reply that they have escalated the issue to their service team without providing any details whatsoever of my phone. The phone has been lying at aditya telecom authorized service centre for le eco india since 12.07.2016, for the past 20 days or so. Aditya telecom were contacted several times, only to be told that they have forwarded the phone to the "company" in bangalore and they dont have any status about the phone.
