I purchased a letv le1s smartphone from flipkart few months back. The set was working fine till the day it fell from my hand and the screen cracked. The navigation buttons were not working anymore so I called the technical support team. They told me that they will replace my set with a fresh one. I submitted my handset on 26 may 2016 and i was told that I will get a replaced set within seven working days. It has been over a month now and I have not got any kind of response from their side. I have called their technical support line few times and all I get to hear is that they will do there best and will contact me within 24 hours. I am yet to receive any kind of intimation from the company. I have paid the full servicing amount of 4900 rupees. I have sent them mails but haven't received any reply. I have no clue what to do now. When will I get my handset back? I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the service I am getting from the firm.
There is a 24 hour help hotline number given on the quotation which I have received from the service centre, I have tried that number hundred times and every time I get to hear that the number is not available.
What do a normal customer has to do to get acceptable service from your company?
I am still willing to wait for few more working days, after that I am afraid I will have to look for legal assistance.
