Lend Mall — Harassment complaint

Hi team,
I don't want to disclose my name.
This app Lend mall is calling my contacts and telling them that I have taken loan from them.
They are editing my pics and making them dirty.
They are abusing my contacts.
I have filled a complaint to cyber cell as well.
Kindly remove these fake apps. I already paid the all amount close the loan
