Lenevo — Service centre not working properly

My name is tapas paul and i have bought a lenevo a6000 mobile from flipkart.my order id is od[protected] and the imei no of my mobile is [protected] The problem of my phone is, touch screen is not working properly, so I submitted it to barrackpore lenevo service centre but they are not working properly and continuously delaying to do the job.Please look into this matter.my contact no is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@hotmail.com
