[Resolved]  Lenovo — Regarding the cashback offer

I had purchased a Legion 5i 39.62cms - Phantom Black laptop Lenovo CEPP store on June 23rd 2022 at 3:00 P.M. My order number is [protected] and as per the offer at the time of purchase I was suppose to receive a cashback of Rs. 5000 or 10% of the price of laptop whichever is lower if I paid through any bank credit card. Since the price of my laptop was ₹64, 626 and I paid through a credit card, I was supposed to receive a cashback of ₹5, 000. This cashback was supposed to be posted to my bank account within 30 days of delivery of the product.
I received my product on August 2nd and still post 30 days, I haven't received the cashback amount in my account. I called Lenovo customer care multiple times and every time I got to hear a difference response.

First Call Response: September 1st 2022
Sir, as I can see that there is no cashback amount related to your order. Let me raise a query regarding it and escalate it to the higher authorities. Sir please hold the line for some time, I will be providing you a complaint number. The call got disconnected after this.

Second Call Response: September 1st 2022
I explained the whole scenario along with the details in the first call and demanded the complaint number. I was told that there is no complaint registered along with your order and we can't register a complaint until 30 days completion. Please call after September 2nd if the cashback is not yet received.

Third Call Response: September 3rd 2022
I again reiterated the whole scenario and this guy told me that sir you have to wait for 30 working days to receive the cashback. And you will receive the cashback post September 12. If still not received please feel free to call us and we will be happy to help.

It was clearly mentioned that "Cashback for eligible customers will be posted to the bank account within 30 days of delivery of products" and now they are giving this silly reason. Even if we see the current offer exact same thing is mentioned in point 13 for cashback T&C.

I would like to receive my cashback ASAP which I was promised to receive.

I have got the cashback. Although it has been delayed to a great extent but at last I have no complaints from Lenovo.
Lenovo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Still after around 17 days I have not yet received any update from Lenovo team. Even on calling the support team every time, I receive the same update from that we are awaiting the response from billing team. Please wait for 48 hours.

Kindly look into the issue and help me resolve the it ASAP.
Since the last month I have been facing different type problems of my laptop but lenovo team side not action please provide actual solutions
