[Resolved]  Lenskart — Warranty claim

I have claimed warranty on my specs which had its frame split and i was told by the executive on phone the refund will be processed to the original payment method and the refund will be of the original amount i paid then
I claimed my insurance in that 1 year period and paid accordingly for a replacement ₹358
But it was not the amount i paid for the specs it was merely the amount i have to pay for insurance claim
But the original amount paid for my specs was not 358 and I got a refund of ₹358
i request either replace my product or refund ( my original payment method )

My complaint was resolved as the refund was completed but i was refused refund in bank accout (got the full amount in store credit )
