Letmedeals.com — Complaint for fraud | |||
I have been contacted by letmedeals.com team to pay 13988 amount via PAYTM over their portal and get iphone6 delivered within 1 week or so. I tried to do payment but every time I did it came up as failed transaction. But when i see my credit card statement now 5 times transaction seems actaully succeeded. So I have my statement saying 13998/- amount. I havent been got any official mail from letmedeals about how my amount will be refunded. Please help as this amount is quite HUGE... Letmedeals. This site is entirely fraud. Received a call from their team saying there is a package(LMD1 - Rs.6999/-) to be purchased along with which they were promising iphone6+ to 40 selected people, as it was their anniversary.
I have purchased the above package and a horrible experience was opened - No iphone6+, things are broken, products are pathetically cheap.
I need my 7000/- hard earned money back. I seek support to prevent such sites to thug consumers.
I Received call from the team, then Mr. Ajay Rana-Supervisor (Contact No:[protected]/[protected]) explained me the deal.
Later Mr.Ravi Arya - Manager (Contact No: [protected]) explained the process and about prices.
They have bunch of people calling random people and cheating them. There are more 2-3 people who are complaining about the fraud. Please be aware, don't entertain them.
