Hi Team, This is in reference to the below order i have placed online on your site. I am soon going to file a case against your site in the consumer forum and also with cyber crime cell and report the fraud you are doing to people and cheating them of their hard earned money. Since the day i have placed order, i tried to call the customer care number and pressed option 2 as directed by the system to check the status of my order but was never ever able to talk to a person, also when i pressed option 1 and asked your supervisor to provide me the status of my order, they always made me fool by saying that they will arrange a call back which i never received. IT's going to be a month and i never received an update from your team regarding my order and even on your site it is mentioned that in case my order is not approved, i, ll receive a branded wrist watch which is also misleading. I am going to report this and will make sure that this fraud site will get closed and people will not be cheated of their hard earned money. Vikrum Srivastava
