Letsshave.com — cancel and refund order | |||
Hi, I have placed an order id orda776c71fb15817e on april 20, 2020. On april 26, 2020 i have sent mail to their customer care mail id [protected]@letsshave.com to cancel and refund as i don’t require it anymore and they acknowledged with ticket number 112204. I had told them not to dispatch the order and cancel it. But even after multiple chasers they didn’t reply to my mail and call. I had chased them each day. On may 08, 2020 i had received a message saying that my order has been dispatched. I tried chasing them on mail and call but no response from them. I tried reaching to courier partner - delhivery but couldn’t reach them. Tracking details are - tracking number:[protected] Could you please urgently assist me cancelling the order and refund the amount. Due to covid-19 it’s not safe to receive any parcels anymore. It’s been strictly advise in our area to not order or receive any online orders coming across the cities. This order is coming from delhi, punjab side. Was this information helpful? | |||
