Hi, I would like to bring to your notice that, I gave my phone Le1s gold for replacement on 16th of April. It was a physical damage and the service centre asked me to pay 4800 Rs for it, they further added that the phone will be available back to me within a week time, but i have still not received it back. I also called in at helpline no, but all i got was further delay and nothing much. I am really disappointed with the service. Hope you resolve it. Was this information helpful? |
