I have purchased le max 2 on 28/6/2016 order i'd[protected]. The following benefits were advertised at the time of purchase were 1- 10℅ cash back on hdfc cards, 2- free cdla headphones worth r's 2000 and rs 1000 redeemable code at lemall.in,
As on 05/10/2016 i haven't received any benefits i sent mail and contacted customer service many times but nothing is happening. Please solve my issue.

Bought letv eco2 mobile from Lemall.com on 20 September when epic919 promotional offer was on. So far I have not received any coupon inspire of repeated follow ups by mails and calls to customer care.they do not understand the issue and least bother to address the problem

I have purchased leco le 1s at june as my usb socket has been not working i have given to that service center for replacement on August 2016 it has been 4 months completed but my usb socket has not been delivered
