Letv — not returning my phone

Complain against preet vihar le tv service center
I submit my phone as on 10 july 2017 they give delivery date 25 july 2017
But now they are avoiding me and not returning my le eco 1s phone
Today is 18 august
They are not extending my phone warrenty
When i told him to extent my warrenty and return my phone they abuses me..
Please take a legal attion against this
