I deep banerjee, submitted my mobile which is leeco le 1s in the service center sonali infonet, appartment, ca/14, railpukur road, deshbandhu nagar, baguiati, kolkata-700 059 on[protected] with advance fee of ₹2000/- where full charge is ₹4448/-. Before submitting i was told my mobile will be replaced 7days by both customer care of leeco and service center. After 1 week i didn't get my mobile. Then also i waited as the job sheet says expected date is[protected]. Afterward i called service center, they replied like i made a huge mistake by calling them. Then i called customer care and was told that i am going to get call back. They said you will get your phone shortly. Then after it's going on like that only. Some times they call back and tells the exact same words & some time they didn't even bother for a call back. I tried sending email many times and got reply that they will get back to me soon, after that nothing. After 37 days all i have a job sheet in return of ₹10, 999/- phone & ₹2000/- of advance for the repair charges. Now a days their shortly changed to dates which is also gradually increasing. The are so truthful that every time i ask them to give the date in written they refuse to do so. Looks like once their product is sold they don't bother to care what happens to the customer.
