Lidolearning — PATHETIC Service and No Response on Refund

I have enrolled my son "Sai Pragnya Vivaan" with Lido Learning and paid total amount in advance for 12 months. With their initial email, there was cancellation policy with refund, if we discontinue. As my son and we are not happy with teaching and we have conveyed to discontinue his classes from immediate effect. It has been almost 6 months now and we are yet to get our refund.

After my notification to discontinue the classed, for few days, no one from Institute was picking up my call and getting only one reply from Customer Care that some one will come back to us or matter is been escalated. I am not able to get any number and no one is picking up the call.

I have serious complain for Lido Learning and cautioning all the parents to make sure to pay only after you have positive experience with their online classes. My personal experience is not that good. These people will call you multiple times at the time of enrolment and arrange demo classes with good tutors. After enrolling and making payment, this may not be true. Secondly, after I discontinue the classes, none of them have picked up my calls or responded my calls, which is very unprofessional approach of Lido Learning.

I hope, with this complain, I expect my refund soon and other people will not experience such bad experience...

"NOW A DAYS EDUCATION HAS BECAME BUSINESS", SUCH A PATHETIC SEVICE FROM LIDO, I NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO OPT FOR LIDO LEARNING
