Respected sir,
I have ordered 2 products from lifestyle app on 11/11/2018 wide order I'd is- [protected], on 15/11/2018 I got a mail stating that my product has been delivered to me and asking about feedback I have verified near by my place and my place also Incase anyone received my product but I didn't found anyone has received my product
Immediately I have mailed to lifestyle regarding this issues but I got strange reply " We would like to inform you that, as per our record your order has been deliver to this address" and complaint has been closed
Now again I called to customer care about the issue but they told me to wait until 24 to 48 hours to resolve, now it's been 4 days still no response from lifestyle and their team
Iam seriously upset about their service.
