I commissioned Lifeasy Interiors to make my modular kitchen and cupboards in December 2022. They took all the payment upfront and promised to deliver and install it within one month time. While making the sales pitch, I was shown videos and pics of their work with other clients, and I was impressed with the finishing. The reality hit me when 1 month passed, then 2 months, then 3. Finally, after 6 months, the cupboards were installed and the kitchen was installed after 8 months!! They did not deliver all the products in the kitchen as were given in the quotation and design. I have not been given any refund for them either. The bedroom cupboards were of the worst possible quality. The shutters are not aligned, 2-3 inches gaps between loft shutters and sliding doors, and between fillers and walls, the paint was not done properly with rough edges and bubbles; in some places, raw ply is visible as no painting is done at all! The Laminate has chips is swollen in many places and is not pasted properly. The list goes on... Moreover, in the quotation, they charged me 18% GST, and the invoice has not yet been issued after 10 months!! They were supposed to mention a 10-year warranty on the invoice, but no invoice was given. Now, they are neither fixing the defects nor giving the refund, and not even giving me a bill and warranty documents. Biggest liars, cheats, and frauds. I am filing a police complaint against them.
