Sir, i purchased window ac of lg in april 2015. But it stopped cooling due to leakage of gas in august, 2015. I informed the company as it was under warranty. But if a product of such a reputed compnay just gets out of order in 4 months shows there must be some manufacturing defect in the aforesaid product. Then the mechanics from the company repaired the ac and charged rs. 400 to apply some metal coating on the ac and told me that now there will be no problem gas leakage for many years. But now in august, 2016, the aforesaid ac has again shown the same problem. And now the company is not ready to repair it free.
Sir, if a product on which i spent almost about 25 thousand of rupees lasts only for 4 months then it is like cheating on the part of the company.
Therefore i request you kindly take necessary steps to look into the matter and solve my problem.
