Ordered items online on 29th Oct 2021. Returned on 9th Nov 2021.
Returned via BLUEDART. Recieved acknowledge mail from BLUEDART that the products are picked up. But lifestyle has not updated anything till now about return neither they are refunding the amount. The customer support executive told me that the products have arrived at their warehouse and the refund have already been initiated. When I called the customer support again and again they are telling us to wait for sometime and refund is not yet initiated Was this information helpful? |
I have been following up with customer care since one and half month and they are not providing any resolution on this. All i hear is it will be refunded within a week.
I have called 4-5 times and have received same answer every time.
In the app it is showing "refund requested" since 7th June.
This is highly dissatisfying to receive same fake promises from Customer support and no concrete resolution.
Seems lifestyle is not in situations to handled online order efficiently.
Kindly look into this matter and initiate my refund ASAP.
