I had taken holiday package from likizo services and paid 45, 000/- for that package. Recently i have tried to book hotel as per assurance given by them but they are responding my calls. The relationship manager assigned to me not reachable. I want my money back, as likizo services not able to abiding promise they had assured me while taking package. I had taken package from their navi mumbai branch. Please let me procedure to take back my money from likizo services.
