We were invited by likizo at amanora office in feb 2018 and in a closed room with l loud music sound convinced me to take the membership. Credit card was swapped for rs 81000/- and 15000/- paid thru debit card (Total 96000/-)
Committed so may facilities, but despite of regular follow only got gym membership for 2 to 3 months thru fitato. No services or facilities are provided as per commitment
Manoj pillai - manager customer care misbehaved with me over phone. Later on asked me to come to amanora office. We reached there on time, but there was no person available and notice of "office closed - shifted to baner" was mentioned
We visited baner office, but there was no responsible person available to answer and give any commitment
Now since last 7 to 8 months, regularly calling, sending mails, visiting their office asking for facilities but no response.
Now not picking up phone also and no response to mails
After going thru the news pune mirror 04 feb 2019, i got some hope to get my money back. Good initiative by the group
Request you to please include me in the team and guide me for further action for refund
