[Resolved] Limeroad — Refund of three returned products

It's been 10 days i have returned 3 products to limeroad but still showing in app that quality check is pending. How many years will they take to initiate the refund?? They are not showing any progress. No notification i have received yet. And their calling no. Neither chat window is also reachable what kind of service is this... 1858/- is not at all small amount

They said yesterday that it may take 10 days from the pickup date for quality check before initiating refund however it's already been 10 days they have picked up the product. I want my money back soon
