Liminos Technology At Mark's Road Kc Das Building — A/C leakage problem & pathetic service & Inhuman Behaviour of worker

This is about the world's No. 1 Company regarding their work/service / Harrasment to their customers
My name is Jayender singh
Mb. No. [protected] from Baba Farid Nagar, Faridkot. I purchased 02 A/C Of Company on 23 April 2018. No. Of Promises Regarding warranty, Service & Repair were made by including 1year warranty for all purposes regarding repair & service. On 13 April 2018 routine service was carried out on my request by the engineer namely Gurpreet Singh (Mb. No. [protected]). But after the service leakage of water was started from A/C. Immediately same was conveyed to engineer suryaSingh who carried the service again. He visited My house 3-4 times in the warranty period but he neither solve the leakage Nor he told any defect in the A/C. Then I rang to Dealer, Mr. Tarun of (Mb. No. [protected]) to solve the leakage problem.
Mr. Varun then talked with service centre Muktsar to do the needful. Service centre Muktsar sent a engineer Sunny (Mb. No. [protected]). also checked the A/C 2 times on different dates & could not solved the problem. In third visit of Sunny engineer he told that there is a problem in evaporater's choke and required to be replaced from the pocket of customer & put one tape inside the A/C to stop the leakage. Next day there were different sounds came from the A/C.(all the videos recorded are also loaded here with) for ready reference.
This videos are also forwarded to Mr. Service centre. Shyam visited next morning and took out the tape from the A/C which by put in by him. Next day service center muktsar sent an engineer named Bablu (Mb No. [protected]) he checked the A/C on 8/6/2018 but the problem of sound stills remains.
On9/6/2018 I contacted Muktsar Centre who told that without replacing of coil /evaporater, A/C cannot be repaired & you should pay Rs.7200.
In view of forgoing it is evident that engineers of LG Company are not capable of doing repair work/ service work & Harras the customer.

You see, if this problem was detected /conveyed to the customer in the second visit of engineer gurpreet, this can be easily replaced by the company without any charges in the warranty period but God knows he knowingly not told the problem in A/C to the customer in time or actually he not able to detect the problem. In the 6-8times visit of different engineers they could not solve the leakage of water instead they created a new problem of sound in A/C also. They understand the problem only after the expiry of warranty period and demanding Rs7200 for said repair. Who will be responsible for this Harrasment to the customer for about 45days, the matter required to be investigated. Convey my fault in this matter to me.
I'm fed up & thinking about to take the help of social media & consumer court in this matter.
