Liminos Technology At Mark's Road Kc Das Building — Breakdown of sea bird bus and owner making us strand on road for around 4 hours without food or any response

We had booked SEA BIRD AC logistics from Bengaluru - Goa on Sunday 7th March 2021, the bus broke down twice in 5 hours in and when the mechanic couldn't fix the vehicle, we all passengers together tried to connect with the owner, very irresponsible behaviour, he promised to give water and food inexchange for travel tragedy, time wasted. Also the owner is picking up the call and keeping the phone aside, no proper response. We are stranded here in woods without food, water or proper response.

Owner contacted - Nagraj ..I couldn't believe he is the main person who handles SEA BIRD TRAVELS and yet doesn't take responsibility for such situations.

No response whatsoever, so some medical emergency happens here, who is responsible? We are running out of all the food items, water and charge in our electronics.. Who will be responsible if something tragic happens.

Final edit : so instead of 12 hours, we were stuck in places together for 24 hours.. Imagine 24 hours dehydrated, without stops for washrooms, time wasted, post commitments and bookings wasted. Yet we didn't reach the place via SEA BIRD BUS, one 13 seater was arranged with 22 people on board with lot of luggage's, we somehow adjusted.. Worst every experience ever.. Hella Nightmare...

We were patient passengers throughout and tried to keep our frustration aside and take the situation in words, manier times in such situations passengers brakes down the bus, bash the irresponsible people involved, being so good with such travels didn't help, this travels is worst.. If they can't guarantee the vehicle, how are they even running tours and travels. They just can't take money from booking and leave the people without any commitments. They have to conduct monthly bus check up and go through such that no technical issues arises while travel, even it arises they must be ready with alternatives..
I really don't understand the exact motive of this company. This is my second such experience. Last time the bus(sleeper) was filled with smoke (Dwd- Bangalore travel) and we all were given alternative seater bus(we booked sleeper initially...And top of it no refund and obviously we were late).
