Liminos Technology At Mark's Road Kc Das Building — central mall worst behaviour of the store manager ranchi, abusive language & unprofessional behaviour central mall staff poor

I was a loyal customer of Central Mall since 10 years, but what happened yesterday completely changed my outlook towards this brand. I received an offer message which stated get 600 flat off on purchase of 4999 and
Due to some issues i could only managed to go on Wednesday to exchange that dress.
i have only tried 1 time that dress to show it to my Family.
But with my surprised they denied to exchange that dress saying that i am coming to exchange that dress after occasional wearing of it. just because that dress was stinking from the lower underarm section according to Them.
they were continuously repeating that things to me as if i am some kind of fraud,
Even after Knowing Ahmedabad summer has 45' temperature it may have happen to summer sweat.

I am Central's regular costumer, i have Participated in each schemes, sale and offers of central.
still they behave like as if i am some kind of fraud.
Not only they didn't Exchanged my stuff but also they Literally insulted me.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with this Customer Representative and Exchange Policy of central.
Losing my All Faith in central
No More central Customer from now.Rs.2000 cash back, after shopping for an hour when the Cashier billed the amount it came around 6200, but the cashier was not able to redeem my voucher, and I was told that there is some technical error which shall be correct soon, after an hour the same problem aroused he mean while kept calling his store manager and asked for the solution, the store manager told him to keep trying, by that time it was almost two hour I was standing (despite of the fact that I had some physical issues), I must appreciate the amount of effort the cashier made he tried his best to resolve my problem when he couldn't he called the store manager and the manager told him to tell the customer that this offer is valid only in fresh stocks and disconnected the call, when I personally had a word with the store manager he was very rude and irresponsible and was not sorry at all for his behaviour, when I told him that if that is the reason than your staff and specially you should have told me earlier andExchange and returns department is simply pathetic in Ahmedabad central. They don't How to talk with the customer.

I Simply bought one Cover story dress worth Rs 4K around on Sunday only.
After that i was not able to go with that dress further as the other family members were not insisting me to go with it due to some personal reasons. your staffs must have been aware about the offers which is being circulated and to bring into your notice no such terms and condition was mentioned in the message, I spent almost 2 hours standing in the queue with my mother who is a senior citizen and waiting for my bill, this is not at all expectable what is the solution for it ???"I CANNOT HELP IT OUT MY SYSTEM IS NOT TAKING THE OFFER AND NOW THE OFFER IS VALID ONLY IN FRESH STOCK (i had 4 article out of which 2 was in offer)THIS IS THE MESSAGE YOU RECEIVED FROM FUTURE GROUP NOT FROM US AND THATS NOT OUR FAULT. I bought kids clothes, men shoes and various other things for almost more than 12 k from seasons mall (Central) Pune. We purchased everything post confirmation from the staff if size varies it can be exchanged, as due to Covid trials were not allowed. Staff confirmed the same.
Some clothes of my 3 years young son were varies in size hence we visited the central showroom with original bills. Even in the same Brant further size were not available hence we bought different brand kids clothes.
On the counter it has been denied for exchange, the counter lady again checked with the floor manager Rakesh Yadav. We also denied. I told her that we confirmed from the staff while purchasing the same and they were agreed.
When floor manager come he argued in a very unprofessional manner and abused us. It was very unpleasant response to customer. After hot discussions he checked with the relevant staff and shown his agreement in a very unpleasant manner and went away with smile.
Such behaviour gives us a mental shock and embarrassing feelings.
We want harsh actions to be taken on the floor manager on his unprofessional manner.
How can a store manager be so irresponsible and so rude my question was if that was the case than he would have told me earlier, and the message should have some terms and conditions mentioned. when so many calls were made to him???it was a complete mental and physical harassment of the customer such kind of behaviour is not expected from such a reputed brand. Looking forward for the clearification.
