Link Utsav — Complaint about HSRP payment issue

Address:Faridabad, sector 18 121002

Date of incident : 28 December 2020

I registered a booking for 30th December for color sticker only for my car. I made a successful UPI payment and I received a confirmation both from UPI and EMAIL. I did not receive any confirmation about the order or any confirmation about the appointment.
Please let me know what is the resolution for this.
