Link Utsav — Gurgaon Link Utsav Complaint High Security Number Plate not given

I registered for a new HSRP for my car on 25 June 2015 and paid the required fee online.I was given a date of 27 June 2015. When I went to their center on 27 I was told that the plate was not ready and would be available only after 20-25 days. I was suggested that I shall check the status online but for the last 3 days their website is down and I am not able to check the status.
