Link Utsav — HSRPHR - Payment deducted, receipt not generated

Hi,
This has reference to the application for High Security Registration Plate with Colour Sticker for Car Registration No. HR51AY2340.
All details were verified and the payment was made by UPI. Id - pay_GIUm1X56n7e6hc on 28th Dec 2020. But no receipt was generated so we're clueless how to proceed from here.
Request you to kindly look into it and provide us with the receipt at the earliest so that we are not penalized for this error.
