Link Utsav — Payment deducted order id not received

Dear sir i book high security number plate on hsrp.hr site and fill all the details correct after that my payment was deducted and credited in link utsav registration plate acount but still i have no msg and email from link utsav my vehicle number is HR35N7748
Pls do the needful
Also update a photo of transction detail
