Link Utsav — Regarding wrong/partial information auto-populated on hsrphr.com portal

Summary -
I called customer care on Saturday's morning for canceling my order and refund an ordered amount, but got an advise to send an email at [protected]@hsrphr.com with attachment of ordered receipt, a copy of RC and mention the genuine cause for the same. After that I have sent an email on Saturday, January 7, 2023 for cancellation of my order and refund my ordered amount with all documents (Daughter's Medical Disability Certificate, RC Copy, Ordered Receipt), so that I can make re-order. I've called customer care more than 5 times in last 3 days, and got assurance that concerned team is working on my issue. Even I sent 3 more follow-up request emails after that, but no action from HSRPHR administration yet, so using this forum for help please.

Details -
I have been blessed with 3 daughters and have been using Activa Scooty - two wheeler to take my two daughters to school on daily basis and also need to go to hospital for youngest one as she is 100% disabled and dependent on me. I was in hospital when I booked the number plate on HSRPHR website on 4th Jan. After entering Registration number, Chassis, and Engine number, all details about my vehicle, got auto-populated on HSRPHR website, and there are two drop downs named Vehicle Type and Vehicle Category. If you see Vehicle Category code's list, then you will not see any code for Activa Scooty as decided by Government of Haryana Transport Department i.e., MCWG (Motor Cycle Without Gear), but HSRPHR team has been using their code which wasn't explained anywhere on website. Nobody can be educated by default to understand Vehicle Type and Category until you define them in some help section for customers. When I called customer care in morning, then got reply that leave all values by default after entering correct registration number. Portal also asked for RC copy where it's written that this is for 2 wheeler not for 4 wheeler. Since all values were autopopulated including Vehicle Type - Transport and Vehicle Category - LMV, and I had made an order online and made a payment of 700.70 INR immediately, but got realized on Saturday (Jan. 7) morning that made a wrong order for 4 wheeler. HSRPHR had also enough time for validation my entered details with uploaded RC copy that my details are wrong so order must be cancelled rather producing 4 wheeler plate for 2 wheeler. If there are not validation from HSRPHR team, so why it was asked to upload RC copy in portal from customer.

Desirable Resolution and Request -
Kindly consider my personal family situation and some lack of miscommunication from HSRPHR customer care and on website, it's my humble request to cancel my order and refund my ordered amount, so that I can re-order with with the help of customer care on phone (step by step). I apologies for this inconvenience that assured you that I will take care in future. Kindly help me, and oblige.
