I joined my 1 year old baby girl in little millennium porur for day care.

Right from day 1. Problem started. The in charge, vijay kumar will not allow the care taker to lift and hold the kid in arms and console her. He will place the kid on a high chair, and let her cry all day and reason that they will cry for some time and they themselves will get tired and start sleeping. How arrogant.

This itself shows their car towards the kid.

Think my kid is just one year old .He himself said that he threatened the kid to take the feeding bottle and drink the milk herself, in the name of training. And complained about my kid to me saying that the kid is cheating us. How rude.

Think of it. A one year old cheats it seems.

He always had a care taker shortage problem. He had only one care taker to take care of around 12 kids in daycare.

He does not have any fee structure. At the time of joining they ll tell that a parent should pay 500 per hour per month. Later he ll tell minimum 4500 should be paid. One day he ll tell 4000 should be paid. One day he ll tell 5000 should be paid.

First of all he does not know the difference between daycare and school.

He just thinks the kid as robots and expect to execute his commands. Irrespective of their age.

1 year old also should take care itself and 10 years old also should take care of itself in that daycare.

Then whats the point in leaving the kid and paying them.

Totally a place that is run by a totally unprofessional, unqualified people who does not know anything about a kids will be robbing your money and torture your kid if you still consider this place.

Even thinking of logging a police complaint to verify the quality of staff and license of this branch.

It does not look like little millennium considers the quality of people when they permit franchises. Permitting franchises like this places us in place where we have to doubt the brand that little millennium has got.

Am just looking for a way to approach this legally to question their license and quality if this franchise continues even after lot of online complaints in so many sources.

I dont want other parents to also to be cheated and loose their money.

More than anything else, no other kid should be suffering there.

Dear sir,

“Little Millennium” as a pre-schooling concept and brand is as much
important to us as it is to you. The success of the said pre-schools
is solely dependent upon our joint efforts. We as franchisees of
Educomp Child Care Pvt. Ltd. have certain issues where we sincerely
believe a more organized approach from your side can promote our
business and of course your brand. We are listing out certain very
current and justifiable points which we feel need immediate attention
and action from your end. They are as below :

A. Marketing and Advertisement

LM team is committed to me we do on marketing Expense is approx. 2 lacs in Vadodara. But till now not do any think.


B. TAM Material – availability and costs


1.0 More often than not, TAM materials, once ordered
are not available instantly and sometimes for months. The
dispatch delivery schedules are unreasonable with generally deliveries
take place in the evenings when the school is closed, causing
operational and logistic trouble to the Franchisees.

2.0 We propose localization of the TAM material, with
authorized shops. The same should be in consultation with the
Franchisees. It can not only result in the costs of the material being
reduced drastically, while ensuring that availability is prompt and
can be passed on to the parents themselves. In any case, increase in
prices of TAM Materials should be done, only annually
during session break, and with prior information to the Franchisees.


C Course Matters and Educational Support


1.0 We firmly believe that the Manuals need constant change and
evaluations based on Indian parameters and not on Western Parameters
from where they have been taken.

2.0 We suggest that the course matter should be changed and
regulated very periodically to ensure that Little Millennium teaching
content remains always updated and different from the usual run of the
mill preschools.


E. Facilitator support and Manpower support


1.0 Despite being promised of the same, there is no facilitator or
manpower support available from the Franchisor.

2.0 We suggest that a database be available with the Franchisor to
help the Franchisee overcome such issues. Moreover, the facilitators
present in the database can be already trained up by the Franchisor so
that there is no requirement from the Franchisee to do the needful.

F. Fee Structure
1.0 In Gujarat Every Preschool Provide the Food, and every Place is food Expense is Different to Other City. But Lm told me all Over Gujarat Food Expense is Fix in all City it is not Fare.

2.0 Fee Structure is designed by Local Franchisee owner disused not to franchisor because franchisor is not worry about the locality for the centre.


You can very well understand that business is getting more and more
competitive, and if we are not proactive in sorting out the issues, we
shall be losing valuable time, money and business.

You are therefore requested to take up the matter very seriously with
authorities concerned and inform us, within 7 days of the action taken
in this regard.
