Full Description of my complaint:
I have ordered two products in live cozy online shopping. I came to know about this eportal through facebook. There was no provision for checking order status. I tried reaching the contact number provided in the website but the number is not working. I tried sending email but email got bounced back.
I have attached the details of the products ordered and also the sms received for better understanding.
Desirable Resolution of my complaint:
I request you to deliver the products I ordered or refund my money.
