I had ordered 3 items [Order No. 2510733] (Jacket, shirt, socks) and I paid the amount beforehand .I got a call from them saying one item [Socks] is not available in required colour, hence I asked me to provide one of the available colours.
When I got my order this item was not it. After we waiting a week, I still didn't see any update on this item.
Hence I called them and on my query they had no clue about the order!. Really?
After that I got a callback saying my order has been delayed on vendor's end. I stressed on the fact about communication. I was assured that I would get a status by the next day which I didn't get!
I called them back for cancellation of this item.
It is shocking about how the service they provide and how they no proper status and track of an order and communicate about it! Was this information helpful? |
