Pathetic service by Livepure. I have Platino copper model and the machine is under warranty. I paid ₹8000 for ACMC which is completely waisted. When I talk to customer care they have only one repeated answer that they are sorry for the inconveniences and the problem will be resolved soon. They don't understand the seriousness of the situation. In this hot summer I use to purchase water for my family on daily basis. I just want to know who will pay for this.
