Services of livguard are very bad i complained about my product failure. They told me that their service engineer will visit me within 24 hours. But nobody came to rectify problem of my stablizer after 4-5 days they dropped a msg you complain has been closed. I complained again same issue no attendant came.. Its been a month i am complaining again and again but no proper measures were taken to resolve my problem.
ITS BEEN A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH LIVGUARD PRODUCT IT HAS MALFUNCTIONED THRICE WITH IN A YEAR OF PURCHASE AND THEIR SERVICES ARE USELESS AND NEVER BEEN RECTIFIED ON THE TIME..
I HOPE SOME DAY AFTER A YEAR OR DECADE THEIR ENGINEER WILL VISIT MY RESIDENCE TO SERVICE THEIR STABILIZER..!!

I purchased livguard battery for my bike model number AC2VALOA22191BG/LGZHhTZ4 from sri Hyma agencies Ravulapalem 533238 E g dist AP the shop keeper denied to replace it even though it is damaged with in the guarantee period kindly take action

Services of livguard are very bad i complained (js-[protected]) about my product failure.
Its been a very bad experience with livguard product it has malfunctioned and confirm by services engineer. After that we have received answer from livguard enginer and customer care person, we have not given replacement. Because product not available. Livguard company said coordinate with dealer and dealer said coordinate with company.
