Dear sir, The executive of bagittobay on25th october2010 made a coll on mymob no.[protected] that on several purchases earlier I have won a diamond voucher and conform my sbi card no and said you willnot required to make payment .when i saw bank statment i found that rs-15998/- have been debited in the name of Living Media India ltd 0n25thoct.2010.Since then I am making several complaits but no refund of the aforesaid amount has been made.Pl. expedite the matter and rfund the amount rs.15998/-.Thanking you.AKSingh 1/207 vibhav khand gomtinagar lucknow.
