I have paid 40k for mattress. Livspace team misguided us by telling standard size for King and Queen which was wrong. According to their guidance we booked for a King and Queen mattress. And we were planning to buy a new cot for those from other vendor where they said there is no standard size for King and Queen instead there are different sizes. Then we went back to livspace team and asked them even before delivery, they said sorry it was a miscommunication and your order is ready we cant make any changes. And they took our full amount 40k without any information. We want our money back or a correct order with our specifications.
