Lizza Club — Not getting product.. need my money back

Hello PayU team! Hope you will resolve my problem soon
So I ordered a product from Lizza Club of rupees 199.
There is not given any information regarding product or customer care number so I have to cancel my product and needed my money back ASAP it's urgent. Please help!
