I bought a Lloyd air conditioner about 8 months back...but since last few days our ac is not working properly...we called your service provider..he sent somebody to check it and the concerned person said that he has seen the problem and will repair tomorrow...next day he again comes and then say that sir the compressor is not working and needs to be replaced and he will replace it tomorrow...next day a new person comes and that also when we called about 5 times...he said that he doesn't know anything about our complaint as he has come for the first time but promised once again that the compressor will surely be replaced tomorrow...from that it has been 5 days nobody has come...we are continuously calling them and they are just saying that we don't have compressor and don't know when it will arrive...I never imagined that this is your service standard...I think I have done the biggest mistake of my life buying your product...is this the way you provide service to your customers...I want my ac to be repaired in a day...and this is for sure that I will not be buying your any product again not even by mistake...I am also sending Was this information helpful? |
